How does it work?

To send in your Broadband equipment, please register online . Please read the terms and conditions before entering your details. For further information on what can be recycled, please visit here.

Now select your FREEPOST delivery method to help you send your equipment.

Choose either:

• A self-print label that can be printed immediately online and placed onto your equipment
• Or you can opt for a special recycle bag which you will receive in seven working days

Make sure you complete all the details on the form, including your email address. It means that we can send you an email confirmation and your money-off rewards once we process your equipment.

Depending on your preferred delivery method, please make sure the provided label is clearly visible on the packaging.

Sending your hardware is free. Just jog down to your local Post Office or Post Box and then leave the rest to us!
